In case you might need the programs or service in the future, it is advisable to temporarily disable them from starting at login instead of uninstalling it completely. This would help to avoid the unexpected consequence when you are unsure of its future use.

Registry is what stores all the information in MS windows operating system. When you operate your computer, every single byte of data, software, applications, images, spy ware, malware and everything else occupies certain space in your registry, which obviously slows down your system.

Sometimes PCs not only slow down, but also freeze. This happens if you install or uninstall applications such as games too many times. In normal cases, you can tune this manually.
